Yoga Training Program for Black Women Community Leaders

About the Training

This 18-hour training will help you discover how to use yogic practices to serve others.

We will create a model for compassionate collaboration that is rooted in self-care, mindfulness and contemplative practice for your communities.

This training is especially designed for Black Women who serve their community; from teachers, social workers, therapists, non-profit leaders and healthcare workers.
